· Initial and subsequent appointments are scheduled to last 30 minutes, but the osteopath may choose to take longer depending on your problem.

 

· If you have health insurance please contact your agent or company before your appointment to check your policy requirements. You must also inform us before treatment begins so that the relevant administration can be dealt with promptly.

 

· We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. A fee may be incurred if an appointment is missed or for late cancellation.

You can leave a message on our answerphone for those                                                              times when there is no receptionist or when we are closed.

 

· Our reception staff can deal with all bookings and most administration requests. They will not give clinical advice but will either speak to Your Osteopath and relay the information, or arrange for one of us to return your call as soon as possible.

 

· We have limited parking on the forecourt at the practice and it is also possible to park on the road after 11am.

 

· Unless stipulated by your insurance company, we do not normally require a direct referral from your GP.
